Specifically engineered to cap NPT fittings, Caplugs PN Series Push-On NPT Caps are red-tinted, easy-to-use caps that are versatile enough to be used on a variety of threaded or non-threaded fittings. These caps are equipped with a flanged top, allowing for easier gripping by hand and quick push-on installation and pull-off removal. The recessed gate provides additional protection for internal features of the caps. For your convenience, our PN Series caps are available in a number of different sizes to fit the more common NPT thread sizes. This particular model fits the following: Thread Size 1/8". These caps are fabricated from low-density polyethylene (LD-PE), a flexible and durable material that is resistant to water and a wide range of chemicals and weather types. It has a service temperature range of -94° F (-70° C) to 175° F (79° C).
