Backup Battery Module Gives Your Compatible UPS System Extended Runtime The valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) BP48RT offers extended battery runtime when used in conjunction with SU1500RTXLCD2U, SU1500RTXLCDN, SUINT1000LCD2U and SUINT1500LCD2U SmartOnline® UPS systems. It can also be daisy-chained for a maximum of four matching battery packs to deliver even longer extended-run operation. Heavy-gauge cabling with high-current DC connectors is included for safe, simple installation. Versatile Installation Options You can mount the BP48RT in 2U of space in an EIA-standard 19-inch rack using the included 4-post rail kit or an optional 2-post rail kit (RK2PC, sold separately). You can also adapt it for tower installation using the UPS system’s support stands. - UPS COMPATIBILITY: Compatible only with Eaton Tripp Lite series SU1500RTXLCD2U, SU1500RTXLCDN, SUINT1000LCD2U and SUINT1500LCD2U SmartOnline UPS systems
- EXTENDED RUNTIME: Can be daisy-chained with a maximum of four matching battery packs to deliver even longer extended-run operation. Using all four external battery packs can provide over 3 and a half hours of runtime at a half wattage load.
- EASE OF USE: Package includes heavy-gauge cabling with high-current DC connectors for safe, simple installation. Internal batteries are user replaceable with two of Eaton's 744-A3297 battery cartridges.
- RACKMOUNT OR TOWER INSTALLATION: Multi-use form factor supports mounting in 2U of space in EIA-standard 19-inch open frame racks or enclosures using the included 4-post rail kit and mounting brackets. Can be adapted with 2-post rail kit with RK2PC mount (sold separately). Tower stands are also included for optional upright configuration.
