XSF 72 inch x 12 inch x 12 inch Protective Bolt Plate Utility Truss (X-12U-125PBP-72)

Protective Bolt Plate Truss provides a new engineered end plate design which includes circular ears at each corner that prevent damage to the chords from dropping or dragging. Aluminum Truss is often dropped on hard floors or unnecessarily damaged from dragging, costing users thousands of dollars. Every year we have 100’s of damaged trusses come into our warehouse for repair and the majority of them show some level of damage to the ends of the chords. We looked to eliminate this problem and extend the life of the truss. Protective Bolt Plate truss come in standard sizes including 12”x 12”, 12”x 18”, 16”x 16”, 20.5” x 12” and 20.5” x 20.5”. These can mate up with other manufacturers bolt plate truss using standard 5/8” bolts and is an exclusive product of Xtreme Structures and Fabrication. With a minimal increase in weight of only a few pounds the Protective Bolt Plate Truss is considerably stronger than the old style of truss that has been in our industry for over 30 years.

• Chords are 2″ OD x 1/8″ thick with 1″ OD x 1/8″ thick diagonals.
